KitchenVisions Wins Two 2022 PRO AWARDS

KitchenVisions won two 2022 PRO AWARDS held on June 1st at the Clarke showroom in Milford, MA. KV won a Gold Award for Residential Bath under $30,000 for their third-floor bathroom, Under the Eaves; and a Silver Award for Residential Interiors for reconfiguring the second story of a Newton home. Both projects were built by Asher Nichols & Craftsmen.

Swapping an old tub under the eaves of a Waban home for a single-sink vanity created an upgrade for this third-story guest bath. The closet of the adjacent guest room provided space for a new shower stall. The toilet moved to below the arched window for the consummate modernization.

Our Second Story Redux project reconfigured the second floor of a three-story 1903 Colonial in Newton. The only two baths were small, outdated and poorly placed. We created a new family bathroom by stealing space between the children’s bedrooms. The primary bath and closet received glamorous upgrades, merging with space from the original baths and a fourth bedroom.
