How does your space relate to the way you want to live? You have ideas and questions about how to change your kitchen, bathroom or other living areas in your house. The KitchenVisions team will answer your questions, make suggestions and guide you through the renovation process, first by listening to your needs and the way you use your spaces. Next, we will discuss specifics like your home’s value, a rough budget for your project and our fees. Our staff collaborates with you to determine the scope of services you need to complete your project. Once the project is defined, you will move on to the design phase.

The design phase begins with proposed floor plan options. Then we will move on to detailed schematic drawings and 3D perspectives. Finally, our staff will assist you with your selections of materials, fixtures and finishes. The KitchenVisions team will present a variety of design choices and related costs, estimated schedules and product proposals, and help you in the decision- making process. We can be as hands-on as you need us to be. By the end of the design phase, you will have a complete set of custom design documents that are ready for the next phase: delivery.

It will be our pleasure to introduce you to one of our trusted general contractors. They will arrange the team members you need: architect (if new build), structural engineer, finish carpenter, and subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, security/AV, painters and more). The KitchenVisions team serves as your project coordinator and we maintain our presence on-site throughout the project to ensure the integrity of the design. Our staff is available to answer questions for clients, contractors and subcontractors until the final walk-through. We work with companies that offer the same attention to quality and detail, and dedicated customer service that we provide. Your project will be completed with the utmost care and professionalism, to your ultimate satisfaction.
